In today's society, home buyers are demanding more from their homes, cheaper energy bills, bigger rooms, a space for a family to flourish in. Our aim is to provide exactly what the market not only wants, but needs. We hope other home builders follow our ethos of if it can be done for the betterment of the purchaser, it probably should be.

Insulation

We have maximised our insulation values to ensure your home not only maintains a comfortable temperature but will cost you less than ever to keep warm; no one should have to worry about the cost of keeping warm.

Solar and Battery

With many new homes having a basic solar system, often just 3KWp, our aim is to cover 80% of the roof with solar panels. This will allow for between 7.5KW and 20KWp to be installed, which will maximise not being reliant on the grid and, therefore, bring energy bills below £300 a year for most households.

The solar panels will be matched with a batter storage solution between 15 and 47KW, meaning you can use your day's solar production at night.

Rain Water Harvesting

We Brits are always complaining about the weather, so let's use the rain we appear to get in plentiful amounts to our advantage. We will be installing a minimum of 2700 litre rainwater harvesters. This water is then filtered and used for toilet flushing, washing clothes, and watering the garden. With this, water demand from your utility company should be nearly halved.
